1. What’s your process once I book?

Once you book, I'll typically kick things off with a welcome email and onboarding steps, which may include a questionnaire or a brief call to gather more detailed information about your needs and vision. From there, I'll move into the design phase, keeping you updated and involved with drafts and opportunities for feedback until we reach the final approved designs. Finally, I'll prepare and deliver your final files.

2. How long will it take to get my final files?

The time it takes to reach the final approved designs varies based on the package and the number of revisions needed. After you give your final sign-off, you can generally expect to receive your final files within a minimum of 1-3 business days, depending on the file types and any final preparation required.

3. How many revisions are included?

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds to ensure we refine the designs to your satisfaction. The specifics for each package are outlined in their description.

4. Can I book you for ongoing design support?

I'm happy to discuss ongoing design support tailored to your evolving needs. This can be arranged on a retainer basis, project-by-project, or as needed. Reach out, and we can explore the best solution for you.

5. What information will you need from me to start the project?

This will vary depending on the package, but generally includes details about your brand, target audience, aesthetic preferences, and any existing brand assets. I'll provide a clear onboarding questionnaire or discuss this during our kickoff call.

6. How involved will I be in the design process, and how will we communicate?

You'll play an active role by reviewing initial concepts and providing clear, timely feedback, which helps keep the project on schedule. Our main communication channel will be email, where I'll share updates and deliverables. We can also schedule video calls for more detailed conversations or to review visual elements together.

7. What are your typical response times and working hours?

I aim to respond to emails within 1-2 business days during my standard working hours, which are Saturday to Wednesday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST.

8. What forms of payment do you accept, and what is your payment schedule? Do you offer payment plans, and what happens if a payment is late?

I accept credit cards, PayPal, and Zelle. For new clients or smaller projects (under $1,000), full payment is required upfront to secure your booking and begin work. For larger projects with established clients, a deposit, typically ranging from 30% to 50% of the total project cost, is required, with the remaining balance due upon final approval before the release of all final files. Payment plan options may be available for larger projects; please inquire during our initial consultation. Late payments may result in a temporary pause in the project, and details regarding any applicable late payment fees are outlined in my terms and conditions.

9. What is your cancellation policy, and do you offer refunds?

If you cancel after work has begun, your initial deposit is non-refundable, and you may be responsible for payment for completed work. Due to the custom nature of design, refunds are generally not offered once the design process starts. However, I'm committed to your satisfaction within the agreed scope. 10. What file formats will I receive for my final designs, what are my usage rights, who owns the copyright, and do you retain rights to showcase the work?

You'll receive industry-standard vector files (e.g., AI, SVG, EPS) for scalability and raster files (e.g., PNG, JPG) optimized for various uses, with specific formats depending on your package. Upon full payment, you'll typically receive full commercial usage rights. Copyright ownership of the final approved designs transfers to you after full payment. I do reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio and on social media for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
